Welcome to Dayscribe. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dayscribe mobile application (“App”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Dayscribe is a journaling and emotion-reflection app that allows you to write daily entries, analyze emotions, and generate visual artwork. The App is intended for personal use only.
Dayscribe is available for use by anyone. By using the App, you confirm that you are legally permitted to use mobile applications in your country or region.
Dayscribe offers a free trial for new users lasting 7 days. After the trial period, the subscription automatically renews as a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial. The subscription fee is USD 2.5 per month. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of confirmation and will automatically renew every month unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for unused portions of a subscription.
Dayscribe does not collect or store any personally identifiable information. All diary entries and generated content remain under your control. If you use a third-party cloud service (such as Apple iCloud) to store your data, storage and security are managed by that provider. For further details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
All intellectual property rights in the App, including software, design, and visual templates, belong to Dayscribe. You retain ownership of the content you create within the App.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any loss of data, emotional impact, or other indirect damages resulting from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after any updates means you accept the revised Terms.
